Description
Colorless non-lead glass; mold-blown, frosted, polished, enameled, gilded, applied. Matching pair of barber bottles with a globular body, a long, bulbous neck and a rolled rim. The body is painted with floral sprigs in raised enamel, consisting of brown stems, green leaves, and applied raised red berries or "pyropen". The rim is painted with gold enamel. Rough pontil mark under concave base.
