Primary Description: 
Translucent white (Ivex) non-lead glass; machine pressed, painted decoration. Circular flat shape with scalloped edge, ribbed pattern at rim on upper surface, ribbing radiating from center to edge; printed floral bouquet in red, white, green and brown in center of plate; red color enameled on rim. Molded concentric circles in center base (on lower surface of plate), gilt "131" in center.
