White plate with blue and yellow decals with the words "American Flint Glass Workers Local 1000, around outer edge. In center is a banner design with "1943 50th Anniversary 1993," and circle within a circle design with two hands shaking and vessels and the words "American Flint Glass Workers Union AFL-CIO Organized July 1, 1878."
