Transparent dark blue and opaque white lead glass; blown. Amphora shape, with cup-shaped neck, tapered below, swelling to rounded shoulders, tapered to base; white overlay on blue from bottom of neck to base; two blue applied loop handles; blue pad foot with rough pontil mark on the underside.
