Primary Description: 
Transparent pale blue glass with streaks of amethyst and green; mold-pressed. Roughly circular applique attached to side of vessel; in high relief, female head, possibly Medusa; slight bulb on inner surface. Attached to bottom of applique, bottom of handle with median rib.
