Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; blown, cut, engraved. Tall, cylindrical shape, with cut, tapered rim; engraved half-length portrait of a man, facing left, signed with a minute "B" on the lower edge of the bust; cut fans and pointed arches at the base, inscribed "1826" across two on the reverse; star-cut base, with triangular fields of cross-cutting at the edge.
