Colorless, transparent red, opaque blue non-lead glasses; blown, cut. Waisted shape with flared rim and foot rim, raised band at the center; blue over colorless over red overlay; cut panels with rounded tops above and below a leaf-cut band; scalloped foot rim; cut star on the underneath.
