Primary Description: 
Colorless glass, discolored on inside; free-blown, with applied decoration. Smooth base, conical fount with heavy right-angled tube let into body at base, applied heavy collar around mouth of tube; at peak of cone, applied finial in form of a small apple (red and yellow) with large green leaf and supported by ripple- edged (vermicular collar) base with short stem.
