Bottle. Probably lead glass, brilliant violet-blue; pattern-molded and free-blown by half-post method; egg-shape with plain short cylindrical neck, sheared lip, pushed-up base with rough pontil mark; second gather of metal, stopping below base of neck, in broken swirl pattern with expanded vertical ribbing upon ribbing swirled to right.
