Primary Description: 
Colorless, with transparent pale violet trail. Blown, applied, and incrusted. Bottle shaped like miniature bedpan. Rim in form of irregular horizontal flange, with rounded lip; neck is vertical, short, and cylindrical; body is horizontal, in form of flattened ovoid, with convex upper surface and slightly concave underside; it terminates in tubular "tail," which faces rim and curls up, over, down, and in. Tail and body decorated with prominent spirally wound trail. Surfaces are matte and incrusted with gray and rust-colored material.
