Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; mold-blown. Cylindrical, made in two parts attached with a metal screw so that they turn independently. Flat base inscribed "BRISCO'S PAT./4.18.99.1.15. 01". Base has cylindrical upper section, ribbed, which fits inside main cylinder. Two pieces will not come apart.
