Primary Description: 
Translucent yellow lead glass; cast in the diatreta technique. Three point undulating upper rim; inverted curvilinear conical- shape body; short solid cylindrical foot; three major points of upper rim formed by hair and headdress of Neptune-like masks on side divided by three groups of five flower-like rosettes; remainder of body encircled by two rows of connecting circles divided tri-symmetrically by pillar-like vertical extensions from base of Neptune-like mask; satin finish; pencil marked on inside of bowl: " " and "F Carder/1951"; wheel engraved on base: "F Carder/1950".
