Primary Description: 
Heavy clear glass; blown and cut. Flat underside with upcurving walls; on the exterior the elaborate cut decoration consisting of a multi-pointed star at the center surrounded by a band of miter cuts accompanied by two grooves, around the walls of the bowl a double frieze of large diamonds, the surface below rim is fluted and the edge slightly scalloped.
