Primary Description: 
Translucent turquoise blue non-lead glass; blown, gilt, enameled. Circular form with curved sides and flared rim with folded edge; gilt and enameled borders of dashes (red against white, and gold); enameled and gilt decoration on the sides, with similar dash borders at the top and bottom, and scattered gilt-outlined-red flowers in a wide band on the sides; gilt floret in the center; large pontil mark on the bottom.
