Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; blown, cut, engraved. Bulbous form with drawn, cylindrical foot; sides decorated all over with a series of matte five- and six-petaled flowers with engraved details, against a polished background of waves conforming to the petal shapes, and long, curving stems and leaves at the bottom; star-cut flat base; inscribed (script) "S & W." and "F.C." with a vibrator-tool on the rim.
