Pale green, plate glass, probably slumped. "Handkerchief" shape square sheet of plate glass with flat, beveled edges, which has been slumped over a form to produce a shape with flat base and four triangular upraised, pointed edges connected by downward curving edges of glass which appear deep green in color; decal on base.
