Primary Description: 
Buckle. Transparent, cloudy colorless glass with red overlay; formed, cased and carved. Rounded oblong; suggested tendril-like dragon in red overlay on a bevel-edged plaque; on the reverse a circular knob of red overlay with concave center, and a knoblike hook in the colorless glass with a dragon head motif in very low relief.
