Buckle in 2 parts. Transparent green glass; cast, tooled and cut. Two rounded square forms, each with an extension, one for an open loop and the other for a dragon-head hook in the round; design on upper part of each: a strange, single dragon form and scrolls; a low, impractical knob on the reverse of each.
