Primary Description: 
Colorless glass, dark metal, plastic; machine made, assembled. Machine made colorless glass coated on interior. Tube has narrow cylindrical base with metal plugs components, narrow cylindrical neck, widens to Conical form and rounds to top. Top is frosted white on interior and is wringed with black band on exterior. The majority of the tubu appears grey and is coated on the interior. Metal components are clearly visible near base.
