Clear glass; wear marks at base; probably blown in mold or pressed and then cut, inserted medallion. Solid conical scalloped foot with multi-pointed star at base, slender concave paneled stem, hemispherical ribbed bowl with two rings at bottom and with plain rim; inserted opaque white, red and gilded medallion (seal) with Royal crown of Russia and initials "AM" (Alexander III, Marie).
