The cylindrical body has a base with high kick-up and convex center and curves gently to narrow slender cylindrical neck with flange below mouth; the heart-shaped label reads: "1743 cuvee du Bicentenaire 1943 - MOET et CHANDON a Epernay - Fondee en 1743 - Champagne - Dom Perignon - Vintage 1943 - Produce of France - N. M. 3.342.272 - L. Deletow (?)".
