Primary Description: 
Colorless and transparent light topaz colored glass; blown, tooled, cut, polished, engraved. Wide conical shape champagne. The bowl is decorated with one band of topaz color beneath a band of flower and leaf garland and sits atop a stem pressed with three tiers and a flat circular foot. There is a band of ovals cut into the foot just inside the edge forming a border.
