Colorless, opaque opal white non-lead glass; rolled photosensitive sodium fluoride opal sheet glass is exposed to ultra-violet light through a graphic transparency and reheated to grow opal crystals (see description on page 10 of Stookey autobiography). Thin, rectangular panel of colorless glass with three-dimensional graphic image of Christ Episcopal church and surrounding foliage, depicted in white opal glass chemically formed within the depth of the panel; roughly ground edges; unsigned.
