Colorless and "Jade Black" lead glass with blue and yellow "Cintra" inclusions; blown. Circular "Jade Black" rim; short neck swells to rounded shoulder and tapers to slightly bulbous base area; body is blue "Cintra" with yellow "Cintra" projections extending upward from base; cased with colorless glass; concave base; rough pontil; wheel engraved on base: "F. Carder"; also on side near base: "Steuben".
