Colorless glass; mold-blown, flattened squatty shape, tooled lip, plain base. Obverse: clock face with Roman numerals and with hands set at twelve minutes after seven. Reverse: plain. Inscription: "REGULATOR" inside clock face. Edges: vertical mold seam.
