Golden amber glass; mold-blown, circular shape, applied tooled collar, plain base, with vestigial pontil mark. Obverse: clock face with Roman numerals, hands set at eleven o'clock. Reverse: plain. Inscription: "BININGER'S" above clock face, and "REGULATOR" below; on front edge "19 BROAD ST/ NEW YORK". Edges: vertical rib.
