Primary Description: 
Colorless and transparent yellow glass; blown and engraved. (a) Circular horizontally flared lip; short cylindrical neck swells to rounded shoulder; flattened inverted teardrop body copper wheel engraved with floral swags and horizontal and vertical "straps"; ground and polished base and pontil; marked on base with Steuben white paper sticker with #12 in pencil. (b) Transparent yellow oval stopper with arched top and shaft on base; unmarked.
