Primary Description: 
Translucent pale green glass; blown, wheel-cut, applied. Tall, conical body with narrow base; plain ground rim; straight side tapering to very narrow flattened base with slight indentation; no pontil mark. Two broad horizontal wheel-cut bands one-third of way down from rim, with nineteen semi-translucent blue blobs between them; farther down, another wheel cut band.
