Primary Description: 
Covered Urn or Vase. Translucent smoky-colorless and light pink glass; free blown, cased and acid etched; ovoid body with flat ground base and short broad rim-like neck; set-in flat cover with pear-shaped finial; body and cover cased in pink glass and etched to form on the body a floral frieze with medallions between lancet and palm-friezes at top and bottom, and a fan-motif around finial, the "background" is covered all over with arabesque; the finial is smoky-colorless and slightly fluted.
