Description
Transparent pale bluish green, with bubbles. Blown; facet-cut. Bowl: hemispherical. Rim plain, with bevel on outside; wall curves down and in; base small and concave. Entire outer surface decorated with four continuous horizontal rows of cut, ground, and polished hollow facets on wall surrounding large hollow facet on underside of base. On wall (from top to bottom: (1) 12 contiguous oval facets (H. 3.4 cm, L. 3.1 cm); (2) 12 contiguous oval facets (H. 3.1 cm, L. 3 cm), with tops of facets directly below gaps between facets in uppermost row; (3) 12 contiguous circular facets (D. 2.5 cm), with tops directly below gaps between facets in second row; and (4) 12 oval facets (H. 2.1 cm, W. 1.7 cm), with tops directly blow gaps between facets in third row. Facet on underside of base is circular (D. 4.4 cm).
