Transparent pale green. Blown and cut. Cup: roughly hemispherical. Rim very slightly everted, with lip flattened by grinding; wall descends almost vertically, then curves in to bottom; narrow, slightly concave base. Entire outer surface decorated with three continuous horizontal registers of cut, ground, and polished ornament: (from top to bottom) (1) two bands of contiguous hollow facets, with 21 roughly square facets (some of which have rounded tops) in upper band and 21 circular facets in lower band; (2) two parallel grooves; (3) all-over pattern comprising four bands of 17 hollow facets arranged in quincunx, each band decorated as follows: uppermost band has facets with rounded tops and V-shaped bottoms; two bands at center have hexagonal facets; lowest band has facets with inverted V-shaped tops and rounded bottoms; below this, one band of nine oval facets. Group of grooves on underside of base may be deliberate, but they defy interpretation.
