Primary Description: 
Translucent amber glass with opaque white, blue, red and yellow blobs; blown, blobbed and marvered. Bell-shaped body and conical foot; rim folded out, down and up; body tapers, then swells to carination before curving in towards bottom; applied hollow, conical foot; two vestigial horizontal handles attached to wall, above carination; opaque white trail applied to outer side of rim; blobbed decoration on body, foot and handles.
