Lead glass, colorless; pressed; circular form, wide plain rim with thirty even round scallops, portholes (plain discs) on stippled background of short shoulder; in center, arc of fifteen stars close to and over large American eagle with head to right (viewed from inside) and arrows and olive branch in talons; eight tiny disc and ball feet.
