Primary Description: 
Colorless and opaque black glass; blown, tooled, applied white and yellow-brown patina; leather and metal. Tall cylindrical vessel, wider at the base and narrowing to dog head at top. Internal decoration of a blown hand pointing down with index finger at a pile of thin broken glass rods. External application of patina to head and neck of dog with attached leather collar and small metal padlock. Base appears to be etched to give a matte fininsh.
