Primary Description: 
Coloress glass; blown, tooled, cut, ground, polished. Decanter with cylindrical shape body that narrows to neck then flares flat at rim. The neck has three facet-cut rings, while the body is decorated with alternating bands of cut design. The stopper is a 24 point star.
