Colorless non-lead Mexican or cathedral glass, transparent yellow stain; slumped over a heavily grogged clay form. Dish of colorless glass, with wide flared rim stained yellow; shallow walls taper in towards narrow base; overall bubbly/bumpy exterior texture; slightly concave base, inscribed in block letters on base: "Glen Lukens 7A".
