Colorless lead glass, brass; blown, cut, assembled. Brass framework with central brass column having a hollow glass section at top, cut in a diamond pattern, and a larger section in the center of the brass column which is composed of a cylindrical section cut in squares, and a spherical lower section cut in diamonds with a "waist" in between. The lower part of the central column has two more glass sections, trumpet-shaped and cut in diamonds. This vertical section supports a horizontal framework from which hang three egg-shaped globes, cut in a diamond pattern, which held the light bulbs. Above each globe is a brass spear head; brass scrolls between the central section and the globes support glass fan-like sections, cut in diamonds and glass spear heads above the fans. The metal is stamped "OSLER".
