Primary Description: 
Colorless, blue, red, amethyst lead glass; blown, lampworked, engraved. Globular bowl, with engraved inscription "SUCCESS / TO / REPEAL" on one side, and "1933" on the reverse; stem formed as a hollow ball between two mereses at top, and capstan at bottom, enclosing a lampworked blue eagle, with red eyes and beak, perched on an amethyst rock; disk foot; acid-etched mark on the underside "REPEAL GLASS / Vernay [script] / MADE IN / ENGLAND"; no pontil mark.
