Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, tooled, iridized, cut, engraved. Conical shaped vase that widens to shoulder then narrows to neck and rolled rim. Cut pattern of ovals around the outside edge of the rim and a pattern of garland and ribbons starting at shoulder.
