Colorless and transparent green glass; blown, tooled, applied, cut and engraved. Green ovoid bowl, cut and rounded raised panels, engraved with three dragons and three flower sprays; atop a colorless stem with knob at top of solid engraved pyramidal six sided stem; circular foot with scalloped edge
