Transparent blue and mottled greenish-white iridescent lead glasses; blown. Elongated bulbous form; circular flared upper rim swells to shoulder and tapers to base; body is decorated with "leaf and vine" motif; polished base and wafer pontil; engraved on base: "4226M, Louis C. Tiffany Furnaces Favrile"; also scratch-engraved in pontil: "30136".
