Primary Description: 
Opaque colorless glass with orange-red overlay; perhaps cut from a tube, cased and carved. Cylindrical shape with one flat surface; flat surface decorated with two "shou" (longevity) characters; central loop projection at the top for attachment and hollowed inside to received the quill.
