Finger Bowl with Monogram of Abdulhamid II, 34th Sultan of the Ottoman Empire. Colorless glass; blown, matted, cut, engraved and gilded. Round bowl has ground narrow foot and widens to rim. Surface of the bowl is mat with a band of smooth surface around rim. Side decorated with a engraved and gilded monogram design featuring the Turkish crescent moon and star above a crown, above a scolling design with a central "H" character.
