Primary Description: 
Transparent bluish green glass with deep blue translucent blob. Rod heated until soft, then bent into ring so that the ends met and fused on cooling; area of junction pinched and somewhat flattened to form bezel; blob dropped onto bezel and flattened. Circular to D-shaped cross-section, with slightly wider, flattened oval bezel, which is decorated with flattened circular blob.
