Green or bottle glass, rich amber; blown-molded; slender spreading ellipsoid body, cylindrical neck, rolled-over round collar on lip; molded relief decoration: vertically ribbed body, ribbing broken on each side by oval panel; obverse: five stars above American eagle, shield on breast, arrows and olive branch in talons; reverse: inscription "LOUISVILLE" and "GLASS WORKS" describing an oval around "KY"; smooth base.
