Primary Description: 
Transparent pale bluish-green glass with bubbles (spherical on body, elongated vertical on neck); body blown in open mold, applied decoration on neck. Flask with tall neck and globular shape body one-quarter of total height; tall, funnel-shaped mouth with rounded rim; cylindrical neck which splays at bottom and merges with shoulder; sloping shoulder with rounded edge; tapering side; body blown in open mold to produce faint overall pattern of circular depressions arranged in quincunx; applied decoration consists of single trail applied in ascending spiral wound clockwise thirteen times around upper part of neck; plain base with reamer-mark but no pontil mark.
