Almost colorless glass with light green tint. Industrial plate glass technique. Small rectangular piece of glass with one smooth side, and one with raised 'honeycomb' pattern with wavy wire mesh. White rectangular label with rounded corners and red pen ink, located on the glass with text running width-wise.
