Colorless glass; blown, tooled, cut, polished; metal, assembled. Glass pot cut with hobstars, sheared rim, polished pontil mark on base, acid-stamped with trefoil Hawkes trademark. Metal insert marked on base, "The Middlesex Silver/5595/Quadruple" above drainage hole.
