Primary Description: 
Translucent deep blue, bubbly with pinprick bubbles on surface, trails of turquoise, opaque white and opaque yellow glass; core-formed, trail-decorated and tooled. Fragment preserves vessel wall with festoon decoration dragged upward into large loops, furrows or ribs created by tool are still evident.
