Primary Description: 
Translucent deep blue glass appearing opaque, dull surface with light brown weathering product, trails of opaque yellow, opaque white and turquoise glass; core-formed, trail-decorated and tooled. Fragment preserves strange segment of what must be the rim of a conical cup or possibly the base of a large vessel. If a rim, it is a thick rounded rim bent out from the substantially thickened wall, near the lower portion sets of trails are dragged downward into a long festoon decoration.
